The CloverCase line of CD & DVD cases and mailers represent an innovative approach to optical media protection.
CloverCase Mailers:
The proliferation of digital
music, photography and video devices means that consumers are creating more and more of their
own large files.
At top speeds transmitting a CD of information over a standard modem (ie. email) takes over 30 hours, and it takes 200 hours for a DVD! Mailing
discs is much more efficient.
Mailing a disc in a jewel case wrapped in bubble wrap simply cannot compare with the tightly-designed CloverCase mailers.
First Class Postage for domestic mailing of a disc in a CloverCase mailer is inexpensive, and once sealed, they
can be dropped in any mailbox.

for a simple and relaxing look to the box to convey the nature of the product without

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without
notice. Orders will be invoiced at prices prevailing at time of shipment. Prices are not guaranteed.
Partial shipment of an order shall not bind idealoft to deliver remainder of an order at the same prices.
Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance by idealoft. New orders with a dealer cost of less than $50 will
incur a service charge of $15.00.
Back Orders:
back orders will be shipped when available. All back orders will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point. No
deductions are allowed for freight, parcel post, or UPS charges. Partial shipments will not be considered a valid reason for return. Any back order
over ninety (90) days will automatically be cancelled.
Terms of Sale:
All idealoft products are sold F.O.B. shipping point, unless specifically noted otherwise. Payment terms are net thirty (30)
days from invoice date, unless otherwise specified. No discounts will be allowed on any invoice paid past the invoice discount period or
to any customer having an overdue balance. All past due accounts will be assessed a finance charge equal to an annualized rate of 18%.
Transshipment/Diversion of Merchandise:
To enhance informed selection and promote product image, idealoft only sells to selected retail outlets
on the express
condition that such outlets may not resell to any person or entity who is also not the final user or consumer.
Accordingly, the resale, transshipment or any form of diversion of idealoft product to any other than the final
consumer is expressly prohibited, unless specified in writing. Such
activity may subject the violator to termination of its account and/or cancellation
of orders, and shall constitute a breach of contract of sale for which
idealoft may seek the appropriate legal remedies, including money damages
or injunctive relief.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the Purchaser only upon written notification to idealoft, and are
subject to authorization by idealoft. Orders may not be cancelled within 45 days of the scheduled shipment date.
Shortage/Freight Problems
Customers should inspect all shipments carefully. They should verify the total number of cartons and that all are labeled/consigned to you. Customers should also inspect exterior of cartons for damage or signs of being tampered with or resealed.
All claims for lost, damaged, or concealed shortages (pilferage) must be made directly to the carriers "Claims Department" within ten (10) days of delivery.
Packing Errors
Packing errors must be reported in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
Returns and Claims Policy
All returns must be approved by idealoft and are subject to a 15% restocking charge, unless waived by idealoft
management.
Requests for return of goods, must be received in writing within thirty (30) days of
the invoice date (except for defects).
All authorized returns require a "Return Authorization Form". The return authorization number must be clearly marked
on the outside of the shipping carton, and on the face of the shipping documents. Any package
returned without bearing the authorization number and document inside will be returned at the customer's expense.
All returns must be shipped prepaid at the dealer's expense. If the return is occasioned by an idealoft error, the
freight charges will be credited at the time credit for the return is issued. Cancellation of orders may result in loss of discount.
Liability
All merchandise contained in our catalogs and on our website is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user
assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise and no company representative can waive or change this condition. Product specifications are
